TendersVacancy Announcenent: Road Engineer-1, Road Engineer-2, Lawyer-1, Lawyer-2, Financial and economic expert, Road transport expert.REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST(CONSULTING SERVICES) Kyrgyz Republic: CAREC Corridors 1&3 Connector Road Project Loan 3432/Grant 0496 The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of the CAREC 1&3 Connector Road Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic needs Road Engineer-1, Road Engineer-2, Lawyer-1, Lawyer-2, Financial and economic expert, Road transport expert. The national road sector management reforming consultants team has been working on respective normative and legal acts regulating the road sector of the country, such as performance based contracts, public-private partnership, establishing state-owned enterprises, and has been preparing reports on works completed. In addition, the Project provides for developing normative legal acts for enforcing Technical Regulation TP TC 018/2011 "On safety of wheeled vehicles" for purposes of institutional assistance to the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investment Projects Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 1.10 and 1.13 of the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers, March 2013, setting forth the Asian Development Bank's policy on conflict of interest and eligibility. Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant qualification method set out in the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants.
