Position Title: Road Engineer (CRP), Sociologist (CRP). Reference numbers: CAREC 1&3/CS-IC-___-2023 The Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project (CRP) and intends to apply part of the financing to consulting services. The Projects Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (MOTC KR) seeks the following specialists:
The main task of the specialists shall be to contribute to the proper functioning and monitoring of timely achievement of the tasks in their area in course of implementation of CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project and other ADB projects being implemented by PIU, under the supervision of the PIU Head. PIU MOTC KR hereby invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants are requested to provide information confirming the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services requested. The Terms of Reference are published at www.piumotc.kg, www.zakupki.gov.kg, www.donors.kg, http://mtd.gov.kg. The Consultants` attention is drawn to Clauses 1.10 and 1.13 of the Asian Development Bank Guidelines on Use of Consultants by the Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers, (March 2013) governing ADB policy on conflict of interest and eligibility. Consultants will be selected based on individual consultant qualifications in accordance with the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants. Additional information will be available at the address below during office hours (9 am to 5 pm).
