NewsIPIG MOTC announces bids for consulting services on capacity buildingThe Government of the Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the CAREC Transport Corridor 1 (Bishkek-Torugart Road) Project 3 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The services include conduction of arrangements on capacity building, improving skills of MOTC employees and other government agencies on infrastructure management. The Investment Projects Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible consulting companies to indicate their interest in providing the above services. Interested consulting companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (i.e. brochures, work experience and description of similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
