TendersInternational External Resettlement Monitoring Consultant - request for expressions of interestREQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (Consulting services) Kyrgyz Republic: CAREC Corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project, Phase 4 (BO4) (Loan 3056/Grant 0366) Position Title: International External Resettlement Monitoring Consultant (IERMC). Reference numbers: BO4/CS/IERMS-IC-2021 The Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the CAREC Transport Corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project, Phase 4 (BO4), and intends to apply part of the financing to consulting services. The Investment Projects Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic (IPIG) seeks an International External Resettlement Monitoring Consultant (IERMC). IPIG will engage an International External Resettlement Monitoring Specialist (IERMS) for the implementation of three main tasks: Task 1: Carry out external monitoring of LARP implementation compliance and prepare a LARP compliance report for Section 3 (8.5 – 15.9 km), Task 2: Carry out Post-LARP evaluation (PLE) for Section 2 (15.9 – 61 km), and Task 3: Carry out Post-LARP evaluation (PLE) for Section 3 (km 8.5 – 15.9 km) of the CAREC Transport Corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project, Phase 4 (BO4), and other Projects being implemented by IPIG, under the guidance of IPIG Director.
MATCC KR hereby invites eligible international individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants are requested to provide information confirming the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services requested. The Terms of Reference are published at www.piumotc.kg, www.zakupki.gov.kg, and cms.adb.org. Consultant’s attention is drawn to Clauses 1.10 and 1.13 of the Asian Development Bank Guidelines on Use of Consultants by the Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers, (March 2013) governing ADB policy on conflict of interest and eligibility. Consultant will be selected based on individual consultant qualifications in accordance with the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants.
