The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of the CAREC corridors CAREC1&CAREC3 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
Investment Projects Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic needs a Office-manager/Translator. The key objective of the assignment is to carry out quality translation of correspondence, materials, reports, provide assistance to ADB IPIG staff in performing daily functions during implementation of the CAREC Transport Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project, and other ADB projects implemented by the IPIG under general supervision of the IPIG Director.
Investment Projects Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible individual Consultants (Consultants) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 1.10 and 1.13 of the Guidelines on Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers March 2013, setting forth the Asian Development Bank’s policy on conflict of interest and eligibility.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00.
Interested consultants are requested to submit information (CVs) indicating their suitability for the services in accordance with the Terms of Reference via the ADB web site at cms.adb.org or deliver (in person, by mail, fax, or email) to the address below, clearly indicating positions they are applying, no later than 9-59 PM (local time), 11 January 2021:

If necessary, the following documents may be requested: copies of documents confirming required professional education, work experience and qualification (copy of employment record book, copies of documents on education, training, academic degrees and titles), notarized or certified by a human resources office at the place of employment.
